Collard (haakh) production in the Ladaakh (in the state of Kashmir and Jammu)

The Food Lab is partnering with UB Community Community of Global Health Equity to help strengthen community food systems in the Global South. The Food Lab team is working with international partners, and is especially focused on South Asia.

Current research focuses on the links between planning, development, and food access in the region of Kashmir. Additionally, the lab is providing technical and training assistance through a partnership with the UN Food and Agriculture Organization.
