Kelley Mosher

KMosher_Photo Kelley is a recent graduate of the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning, and the College of Arts & Sciences. She holds degrees in Environmental Design (BA) and Social Science Interdisciplinary Studies- Environmental Studies (BS). Her study focused on the connections between the built and natural environments, and the role of food in sustaining these connections. As part of an undergraduate studio course, Kelley helped develop, “Buffalo Fresh,” a food hub plan for the Green Commons at the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. As a member of the Food Lab Team, Kelley provides graphic support and is currently assisting on publications for Growing Food Connections. Prior to joining the Lab, Kelley worked as a farm hand on Roots & Wings Family Farm and was the student leader of the UB Campus Garden. Kelley is also a crew member at Trader Joe’s and enjoys exploring Western New York.
