UB Sustainability Film Series to Screen American Meat

The University at Buffalo is screening American Meat, a new documentary on sustainable foods as part of a film series on sustainability. The film will be screened on March 21, 2013 at 6:30 PM in 107 Capen Hall on UB’s North Campus. Following the screening, a panel discussion will be held. Panelists include the filmmaker, Jesse Meeder (Massachusetts Avenue Project), Doug Bunker (Lake Country Natural Premium Meats), and Professor Samina Raja (UB Food Lab).
