Kelsey is an undergraduate student at Wellesley College, pursuing a double major in environmental studies and economics, and an engineering certificate. She has had experience volunteering at small farms outside of Boston, MA, where she found her love for agricultural development and policy in both urban and rural settings. She has been interning at the Food Lab since the summer of 2017. Through her work with the lab, she has been able to enhance her interest in food sovereignty with field based experience. Outside of her academic interests, Kelsey is a varsity rower at Wellesley and an amateur runner.
